Norton is an non playable engineer featured in Carnivores Cityscape.

If playing as an agent, Norton must be found and rescued to reactivate the subway cars that will take the agent back to the surface; while Norton fixes the subway, the agent must protect him from Coelophysis, Oviraptor, and Suchomimus. If playing as a dinosaur, Norton must be hunted down and killed. If he spots a dinosaur, he will flee screaming.
